Carlos is currently Vice President, Brand Marketing for Target Corp. In this role, Carlos leads Target brand stewardship & campaign development for initiatives including Holiday, Back-to-School/College, Target Run, Discovery, Inclusive Marketing, and Digital & Social Engagement.

Previously, Carlos was the Senior Director of Culture Marketing for PepsiCo Beverages North America, with a particular focus on driving the Hispanic agenda across the portfolio. In that role, Carlos prepared PBNA’s portfolio of brands for a changing cultural landscape including massive demographic shifts, profound technological innovation, and emerging consumer demands.

Carlos is a proven brand and business builder, from strategy through execution. He has repeatedly led high-visibility and complex initiatives and innovations, and consistently delivers breakthrough results. He translates consumer and competitive insights to drive integrated, powerful campaigns across all media.
