Carter Scherr

Carter Scherr is an Executive Team Leader at Target, where they manage a dynamic team of up to 80 members across various store operations. They are passionate about developing strong leaders and fostering a culture of operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Previously, Carter served as an Outdoor Skills Director for the Boy Scouts of America, leading staff and educating scouts, and as a Senior Resident Assistant at The University of Texas at Austin, where they supported the well-being of residents and executed community programs. Carter holds a BBA in Supply Chain Management with a minor in Marketing from the Red McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin.
