Casey Witherspoon is a dedicated industrial organizational psychologist currently serving as the Lead Consultant for People Analytics at Target. With a focus on employee-centered listening strategies, Casey designs programs that reveal insights to inform impactful decisions. Previously, Casey held roles at FedEx Freight and K Parks Consulting, where they advanced employee engagement and training evaluation processes.
