Cassandra Williams

Cassandra Williams is an Executive Development Project Manager and Learning Specialist at Target, a role they have held since 2017. With extensive experience in project management and administrative support, Cassandra previously managed assessments and budgets for Target’s Officer Development Program, and successfully led significant organizational changes within HR operations. They have also held various administrative positions across educational and corporate sectors, demonstrating strong skills in conflict management, organization, and meeting planning. Cassandra earned a BA in Business Administration and Management from Augsburg College.
