Catherine Bouie

Catherine Bouie, PMP, is a seasoned HR consultant and strategic workforce planning leader currently serving as the Lead HR Consultant for Strategic Workforce Planning at Target, where they oversee the integration of Adaptive by Workday and manage a cross-functional team. Previously, Catherine held various roles at Target, including Senior Inventory Manager and Lead Project Manager, where they demonstrated expertise in inventory strategy, project management, and diversity initiatives. In addition to their extensive professional background, Catherine has pursued multiple educational degrees, including a B.A. in Bible/Biblical Studies and certifications in Diversity and Inclusion in HR and Project Management. They also serve as Co-Chair of the Race Equity Advisory Council at Hennepin County, advising on strategies to reduce racial disparities and promote equity.
