Chastity Duke

Chastity Duke is an experienced professional currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner and previously as an Operations Manager at Target since January 2021. Prior to that, Chastity held the position of Retail Store Manager at AT&T from December 2016 to August 2020, where the focus was on assembling a high-performing team to exceed sales goals through coaching and development. Earlier experience includes serving as a Server at Outback Steakhouse from August 2011 to December 2016, where strong communication skills were utilized to enhance customer service. Chastity is pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services at Excelsior University, expected to complete in 2024, and holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Criminal Justice and Corrections and Political Science and Government from California State University, Bakersfield, earned in 2016.
