Chauncey Rice

Chauncey Rice currently serves as the Director of Government Affairs for Target, focusing on the Midwest and Intermountain States since January 2024, while also contributing as a Board Member at Breakthrough. Rice has a history of service in various capacities, including Board Member at North Lawndale College Prep High School and AVP of Government Relations at the Illinois Retail Merchants Association. Prior experience includes roles at the Office of the City Clerk in Chicago, where Rice was the Director of Intergovernmental Affairs & Public Engagement and a Senior Aide, as well as positions within the City of Chicago's Mayor's office as Legislative Assistant and Aldermanic Aide. Rice holds a Bachelor's Degree in Financial Planning and Management Services from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
