Chip Hemcher is a seasoned leader currently serving as the Regional Director of Engineering and Facilities at Target, where they lead a vast team across multiple sites and have successfully implemented national safety initiatives that significantly improved workplace safety. With a robust background in maintenance and reliability, Chip has also held senior roles at CBRE and Amazon, where they contributed to foundational processes and operational frameworks. A retired Captain from the U.S. Marine Corps, Chip boasts a Bachelor of Arts and certifications in Project Management and Lean Six Sigma from Villanova University.
