Chloe Payne is a seasoned creative professional with extensive experience in design and photography. Currently serving as a Senior Art Director and Designer at Target since October 2019, Chloe has also established a photography and videography business, Chloe Payne Photography, since February 2022. Previously, Chloe held various design roles at Latitude and gained valuable experience through internships at Walt Disney World, Wunderman, Radisson Blu Mall of America, and e10. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Stout with a degree in Graphic Design and Interactive Media, Chloe has cultivated a diverse skill set in visual communication and creative direction.
