Christi Williams

Christi Williams has extensive experience in retail management, currently serving as the Executive Team Lead for Human Resources and Specialty Sales at Target since May 2019. Prior roles include General Manager at Gap Inc./Banana Republic from January 2017 to May 2019 and at Banana Republic in Greensboro, NC, from 2009 to December 2016. Christi held several General Manager positions with Gap Inc./Banana Republic from May 2004 to September 2009 and transitioned from Belk as Store Manager from May 2002 to May 2004. Early career at Kohl's Department Stores spanned from June 1996 to May 2002 as Store Manager and Assistant Manager, followed by a Department Manager role at JCPenney from August 1990 to June 1996. Christi holds a Diploma in Fashion Merchandising/Retail Management from the American Business & Fashion Institute and attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
