Christine Robles

Christine Robles is the Head of Stores Human Resources at Target, where they lead HR strategies to align with corporate objectives. With extensive experience in various HR leadership roles since starting as a Team Member and Store Intern in 1992, Christine has effectively driven change, improved organizational culture, and developed high-performing teams. They have overseen HR functions across numerous stores, impacting over 70,000 employees in the Southeast and South Florida regions. Christine earned an Associate’s Degree from Gulf Coast Community College, a degree in Business Administration and Management from Florida State University, and a BS in Business Administration from Florida International University.
