Crystal Johnson

Crystal Johnson is a transformational leader with a focus on team leadership, communication, and organizational change management. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management at St. Cloud State University, Crystal has held multiple significant roles at Target, including Director of Logistics Operations, where they enhanced Middle Mile Transportation Operations and managed cross-functional crisis response for global transportation. Crystal also served as an Executive Team Leader and held various lead business partner positions, driving improvements across store operations and supply chain processes. In their latest role as Director Benefits Engagement, Crystal continued to champion effective communication and organizational enhancements.
