Dan Conroy

Dan Conroy is a seasoned Store Director currently overseeing operations at Target Christiana Mall in Delaware. With a proven track record in operations, people development, sales growth, and shortage reduction, Dan has previously turned around multiple stores, including Target Glenn Mills and King of Prussia. Dan’s impactful leadership led to remarkable achievements such as making the Brick NJ location the top store in sales and profit for the Jersey Shore. Dan's experience also includes a significant tenure as a Store Manager at Walmart, where they managed one of the chain's leading stores. Currently pursuing a BA in Management at the University of North Dakota, Dan continues to mentor and train new Store Directors.
