Dani W. is a strategic store communicator and engaging learning designer with over 10 years of experience in managing internal communication strategies, project rollouts, and employee training. Currently serving as a Lead Business Partner in Store Operations at Target, they previously held roles at Kohl's where they developed communication plans and training programs for loss prevention initiatives. Dani began their career as an Accounting Assistant at KCG Accounting, later transitioning to education as a Social Studies Teacher in the Cedarburg School District. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.
