David Mirelez

David Mirelez has a wealth of experience in merchandising and management roles. David began their career at ExxonMobil as a Retail Practices Specialist from 1997 to 1999. David then worked as a Consultant at Bain & Company from 2001 to 2002. David joined Sears, Roebuck and Co. as a Business Finance Manager from 2002 to 2004. Since then, David has been with Target, where they have held various positions, including Vice President Merchandise Manager and Divisional Merchandise Manager, before ascending to their current role as Vice President Essentials Merchandising, which they have held since August 2020.

David Mirelez earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota in 1994. David later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree specializing in Strategy and Finance from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, graduating in 2001.
