Dawn Conigy

Dawn Conigy is a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner at Target, where they have played a vital role since 2017 in managing HR operations and consulting on talent and performance management. Prior to this, Dawn held the position of Senior Human Resources Specialist at Target from 2011 to 2017, contributing to staffing and training strategies. Dawn began their career in the U.S. Army as a Military Police from 1997 to 2003 and later served as a Police Lieutenant for the United States Department of Defense from 2004 to 2007. They obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management from Saint Leo University in 2008.
