Dawn Sillman

Dawn Sillman is the Director of HR Product - Workforce Management at Target, a role held since 2021. Prior to this, they served as a Talent Assessment Business Partner and Talent Assessment Team Coordinator at Target from 2007 to 2011, where they focused on talent assessment processes and developed training materials to enhance candidate experiences. Dawn has also acted as the Lead Product Owner for Workforce Management and as an HR Operations Business Process Consultant, implementing enterprise-wide solutions for more than 300,000 employees. They hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources from Valley City State University, earned in 2002.
