Dillon Lathery

Dillon Lathery is an experienced people and retail leader with over a decade in the retail industry. Currently serving as an Executive Team Leader in General Merchandise and Food at Target, Dillon has previously held roles including Store Leader at PetSmart and Store Director at Meijer. At Kroger, Dillon developed skills as a Non Foods Assistant Manager and later as a Store Leader, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and enhancing customer satisfaction. Dillon earned a degree in International Studies from Miami University in 2015.
