DJ Werner

DJ Werner is currently engaged in a role within the Technology Operations Center, leveraging their ITIL V3 certification and extensive experience in IT service management. They design and maintain on-call metrics, develop automation processes, and act as a liaison to the ITSM team, while also managing vendor relationships and conducting contract discussions for various ITSM tools. Previously, at UNFI, DJ led a large team overseeing the maintenance and development of approximately 30 ITSM tools, coordinated major incident recovery efforts, and enhanced ITSM processes, resulting in significant operational improvements. DJ has also held various positions at Target, including Senior Response Manager and Major Incident Manager, where they developed processes and improved incident management protocols. DJ is pursuing an Associate of Arts at Century College.
