Doug Clark

Doug Clark has over three decades of experience in technical program management and project leadership, primarily at Target since June 1992. As a Lead Technical Program Manager, Doug oversees the timing and coordination of high-priority programs, leading cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives under tight deadlines. Previously, Doug has held multiple roles at Target, including Lead Scrum Master for Finance, where strategic collaboration across product teams yielded significant cost avoidance. Other notable positions include Interim Product Owner and Lead Scrum Master for Corporate Systems, where Doug facilitated the implementation of integrated solutions for vast networks of users. Doug's career began at RSP Architects as a CAD Designer, transitioning to a focus on technical applications and project management throughout the years. Doug holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Iowa State University.
