Douglas M. Baker

Douglas M. Baker, Jr. is Executive Chairman of Ecolab Inc., a provider of water and hygiene services and technologies for the food, hospitality, industrial, and energy markets. He has served in this role since January 2021. He previously served as Chairman of the Board of Ecolab from May 2006 to January 2021 and Chief Executive Officer from July 2004 to January 2021. Mr. Baker previously held various leadership positions within Ecolab, including President and Chief Operating Officer.
