Emily Johnson

Emily Johnson is currently the Executive Team Leader of Food & Beverage at Target, where they utilize nearly five years of experience in retail management to develop leaders and foster an engaging workplace culture. Previously, Emily led the opening of Utah’s first Altar’d State location as Store Director and has held several leadership roles within Target, including Women’s Apparel Team Leader and Closing Team Leader. With a strong passion for visual merchandising and process development, Emily excels in problem-solving to achieve long-term success. They are actively seeking new opportunities to lead and mentor within large-scale departments or storefronts.
