Emily Ormonde, MSHRM, possesses extensive experience in human resources and operations management, currently serving as the Assets Protection Operations Manager at Target since May 2011. Previous roles at Target include Executive Team Lead Human Resources, Executive Team Leader of Salesfloor, and several other leadership positions. Prior to Target, Emily worked at Oshkosh B'Gosh as an Assistant Manager and Supervisor. Emily holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Business and Management from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, along with an Associate’s degree in Business Administration from Cuesta College.
