Erica Conyers

Erica Conyers possesses extensive experience in sports management and team leadership, with a strong background in both athletic and retail environments. At the University of California Berkeley, Erica worked as Game Day Staff, contributing to event operations and fan engagement. Erica's tenure at Target spanned nearly a decade, where responsibilities ranged from overseeing team members as a Team Leader to implementing company strategies in various executive roles. Additionally, as an Assistant Coach at Xceleration Volleyball Club, Erica focused on developing youth athletic skills and organizing practice and travel plans. Erica also held roles at St. Mary’s College, assisting the Assistant Athletic Director in marketing and promotions. Erica holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Sports Management from Holy Names University and a Master’s degree in Sports Management from the University of San Francisco.
