Ericka McKenzie

Ericka McKenzie is a results-driven global leader currently serving as the Packaging Sustainability Strategy Lead at Target, where they develop and activate packaging sustainability roadmaps aligned with corporate goals. Previously, Ericka held several roles at Target, including Packaging Strategy Lead and Global Product Sourcing Manager, as well as positions at Walmart and WellPoint Home Health Inc. Ericka earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Michigan and gained early experience as a Finance Intern at Merrill Lynch and a Project Coordinator at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
