Erik Johnson

Erik Johnson is a supply chain leader with over nine years of experience, currently serving as the Director of Network Capacity Health at Target since 2021. They employ descriptive analytics to model capacity utilization and collaborate with supply chain partner teams to address capacity gaps. Previously, Erik held various roles at Target, including Senior Supply Chain Analyst and Lead Supply Chain Analyst, where they focused on capacity management and optimization. They earned a Master of Science in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University.
