Erin Pedersen possesses extensive experience in sourcing and merchandising within the retail sector, having held various positions at notable companies. Erin began a career with Gap Inc. as a Retail Management Trainee before moving to Old Navy as an Assistant Merchant and Associate Manager of Production. Following this, Erin worked at Abercrombie & Fitch, progressing to Senior Sourcing Manager and eventually serving as Sourcing Director for multiple women’s apparel lines. Most recently, Erin excelled at Target as a Senior Global Sourcing Manager for Wild Fable and Bullseye Playground from July 2013 to April 2020. Erin earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Colorado State University between 1998 and 2003.
