Favour Izuchukwu

Favour Izuchukwu, BSW, is an accomplished Human Resource Executive with a diverse background in social work and talent management. They previously served as a Social Work Intern at the Newark Board of Education, providing supportive counseling to students, and later worked as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Consultant for Esquilin Consulting. At the Career Development Center of Rutgers University Newark, Favour contributed to career development initiatives and assisted students in enhancing their job application materials. Currently, Favour holds the position of Executive Team Leader in Human Resources at Target, where they manage various aspects of the employee lifecycle while promoting diversity and inclusion. They are also pursuing a Master of Science in Strategic Human Resources at the University of Denver.
