Hailee Brush (Gifford) is a seasoned Supply Chain Operations Process Designer with over six years of experience in the retail industry, specializing in inventory management, operations, and supply chain management. Hailee served as a Lead Project Manager at Target, where they oversaw functional process design and cross-functional workstreams for new distribution nodes. Prior to this, Hailee held various roles, including Senior Inventory Manager for the Entertainment Division, where they led strategies that significantly improved inventory turnover and decreased average inventory levels. With a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain and Operations Management from the University of Minnesota, Hailee is also recognized for their project management and creative problem-solving skills.
