Hailey Skavnak is a highly motivated and experienced leader in Assets Protection and retail operations. Currently serving as the Business Partner for Assets Protection in Security Process & Design Implementation at Target, Hailey has a robust background that includes various leadership roles within the company focused on safety and security policy execution. Hailey previously held positions as an Executive Team Leader in Assets Protection across multiple Target locations and contributed as a Product Manager Fellow responsible for significant inventory management initiatives. Hailey earned a Bachelor of Science in Forensic Science and Technology from Florida Gulf Coast University, where they also worked as a Resident Assistant.
