Heather Canon

Heather Canon serves as the Senior Director of Responsible Sourcing & Sustainable Capabilities at Target since August 2020. Prior experience includes Vice President of Capacity Building at ELEVATE Global, where efforts focused on enhancing supply chains through Worker Engagement and eLearning tools, and Co-Founder & Executive Director of Good World Solutions, which developed the Laborlink platform to improve worker conditions in 16 countries. Additional roles include participation on the Manufacturing Advisory Board at Etsy and serving as Director of New Businesses for Fair Trade USA, where a Fair Trade label for clothing was launched. Heather holds a Master in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and has participated in an exchange program at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
