Heather Gilbert

Heather Gilbert is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate security and loss prevention. Currently serving as Corporate Security Senior Manager at Target since September 2014, Heather has held multiple roles within the company, including Lead Corporate Security Consultant and Executive Team Lead Human Resources. Prior to this, Heather worked as District Loss Prevention Manager at Sears for a year and held various investigative positions at Target from 2007 to 2013, including Investigations Team Leader and Senior Investigator. Heather began a career in floral design at Hy-Vee, Inc. from 2000 to 2006 and at Hornbacher Foods, where award-winning designs were created. Heather holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Psychology, and Spanish from North Dakota State University.
