Heather Hurm

Heather Hurm is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in retail strategies, particularly in multi-unit leadership, sales forecasting, and talent management. They began their career as a Clerk/Supervisor at Woodman's Food Markets and progressed through various roles in the food and beverage sector, currently serving as the Lead Business Partner-Food & Beverage at Target since 2015. They have also held positions at Whole Foods Market, where they developed strong operational and management skills. Heather earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Ottawa University and an Associate's degree in Applied Science, Accounting from Milwaukee Area Technical College.
