Heather Westerlund

Heather Westerlund, CPWA, is currently the Lead Accessibility Consultant at Target. Previously, they served as an Accessibility Compliance Analyst at Xcel Energy, where they managed accessibility programs and provided expert guidance on compliance matters. Heather has also held positions at Level Access, Walden University, and Ordway Center for the Performing Arts, focusing on digital accessibility, library systems, and information management. They earned a Master's degree in Library and Information Science from St. Catherine University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.
