Heather Williams

Heather Williams is a strategic program manager recognized for their expertise in project management, stakeholder engagement, and process optimization. They have served as the Artist Director for multiple arts festivals since 2006, overseeing artist and sponsor relations, event logistics, and strategic planning. Previously, Heather held roles at organizations like Target and UnitedHealth Group, where they managed significant projects and budgets while fostering collaboration across teams. Currently, they pursue a Certificate in Women’s Leadership from Yale School of Management and a Certificate in Sustainable Supply Chain Management from the University of Cambridge. Heather also holds a Master’s in Project Management from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota and a BIS from the University of Minnesota.
