Hector Tock

Hector Tock serves as the Senior Managing Director of Sourcing and Product Safety and Quality Assurance for the Western Hemisphere at Target, a position held since October 2022. Prior to this, Tock spent over a decade at VF Corporation in various roles, including Senior Director of Sourcing and Director of Sourcing for brands such as The North Face, Vans, Timberland, and Jansport. Tock also held the position of Sr. Account Manager at Texpasa, where responsibilities included liaising between customers and production plants. Earlier experience includes serving as Latin America Sourcing Manager at HANESBRANDS INC and Latin America Contractors Manager at VF Corporation's Vanity Fair Intimates. Tock began a career in management as a Plant Manager overseeing 500 sewing operators. Tock holds a bachelor's degree from Colegio Liceo Javier Ciencias y Letras and has completed further education at Universidad San Carlos de Guatemala.
