Holly Cox is the Director of Store Operations Availability & Accuracy at Target, where they currently lead efforts to enhance operational efficiency. Previously, Holly held multiple roles at InboxDollars, including Business Intelligence Manager, where they provided leadership and collaborated across departments to optimize business performance. Earlier in their career, they served as a Marketing Data Analyst and Assistant at St. Paul Radiology, managing databases and coordinating marketing events. Holly earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and International Business, along with a minor in Spanish, from Iowa State University.
