Indya (Howard) Sidberry, MBA, SHRM-CP, is a Human Resources leader with over 15 years of progressive experience in driving people strategy, organizational development, and talent transformation across various industries, including retail and telecommunications. Indya specializes in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives and has a proven track record of implementing strategies that enhance retention, productivity, and employee satisfaction. They have held notable roles at Target, Lowe's Companies, Inc., and Spectrum, where they provided strategic HR leadership and guidance to executives. Currently, Indya is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Northeastern University and a DE&I Certification at the University of South Florida Muma College of Business.
