Itohan Amu has diverse professional experience, starting with a role as a Legal Assistant Intern at Powell Spencer and Partners, where responsibilities included court visits, client meetings, and case bundle organization. Following this, Itohan held positions of increasing responsibility at Walmart and Amazon, including Sales Operations Manager and Area Operations Manager L4 and L5, respectively, demonstrating expertise in operational excellence and project management. Currently, Itohan serves as Continuous Improvement Manager at Target, focusing on driving business growth through structured problem-solving methodologies. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Communications, and Sociology from The George Washington University, and ongoing studies toward a Doctorate in Business Administration, Management and Operations at Capella University. Additionally, Itohan was recognized with the Gold President’s Award from the White House during a tenure as a Community Engaged Scholar at The George Washington University.
