Jaclyn Halas

Jaclyn Halas has a diverse background in leadership and training across various service-oriented roles. At Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen from November 2017 to April 2019, Jaclyn served as Shift Team Lead, enhancing customer satisfaction through direct interactions and effective supervision of front-of-house staff. Following that experience, Jaclyn worked at Target from April 2020 to July 2021, taking on multiple roles including Certified Trainer and Closing Executive Team Lead, demonstrating a commitment to employee development and operational excellence. Prior to these positions, Jaclyn contributed as a Certified Trainer at The Seville between August 2012 and July 2015, focusing on delivering a positive guest experience in a banquet setting.
