Janell Hibbard

Janell Hibbard is the Director of Owned Brand Circular Capabilities at Target, where they lead the development of a Circular Design Strategy for all Owned Brand product categories. With a strong foundation in mechanical engineering from Southern Methodist University and the University of Saint Thomas, Janell has accumulated extensive experience in product development, manufacturing, and design. They previously held roles as a Product Engineer and Sr. Product Engineer at Target, guiding teams in delivering products that meet quality standards and business strategies. Before Target, Janell contributed to the engineering leadership program at Lockheed Martin and supported the development of cardiac devices as a Process Development Intern at Medtronic.
