Janice Jackson

Customer Service Advocate

Janice Jackson, MA, has been serving as an Adjunct Instructor of History at Suffolk County Community College since August 2019, where responsibilities include utilizing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines to teach and partnering with the Social Sciences department to support at-risk students. Concurrently, Janice has been a Customer Service Advocate at Target since October 2017, guiding customers on the Target Circle Rewards app and promoting card applications. In January 2023, Janice joined The Transparent Salary Project as a UX Designer, developing digital wireframes and collaborating in a cross-functional team. Additionally, Janice worked as a UX Beta Tester for Western Governors University in October 2024, analyzing course assessment items to enhance student proficiency. Janice holds a BA and MA in History from The University of Texas at El Paso and is currently pursuing a Licentiate degree in Graphic Design at Wilmington University.
