Janine Foster

Janine Foster is a seasoned leader in Responsible AI and Privacy, specializing in compliance and risk program development, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration. Their extensive experience includes a leadership role at Target where they developed the Privacy Program and currently lead the Global Privacy Program while expanding their responsibilities to include the development of a Responsible AI Program. Janine’s prior positions include Senior Director of Corporate Compliance at Target and Director of Information Protection and Privacy at GMAC ResCap. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Spanish from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
