Jarod Kimble

Jarod Kimble is an experienced HR Business Partner and ICQA Leader at Target, where responsibilities include leading a quality team and enhancing guest fulfillment operations, achieving a 250% increase in amnesty collection. Previously held roles at Ryder Supply Chain Solutions included Customer Logistics Supervisor for both Food and Beverage repack operations, as well as site supervision at Amazon, overseeing daily fulfillment center operations and ensuring adherence to company policies. Jarod began the career as a Warehouse Management Trainee, managing associates in a high-volume distribution center. Jarod holds a Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the University of Indianapolis and is pursuing an MBA in Project Management & Operations from Southern New Hampshire University, expected to graduate in May 2026.
