Javier Arellano

Javier Arellano is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain management, strategy, and operations. Currently serving as the Managing Director for Mexico at Target since January 2024, Javier oversees sourcing management and production. Since 1996, Javier has held the position of Sales Manager at JA SA de CV, focusing on thermoformed packaging and related services. Previously, from July 2013 to January 2024, Javier was the Director of Planning and Analytics for Latin America at Hasbro, managing various aspects of supply chain operations, logistics, and production planning. Javier's experience also includes significant roles at Grupo Modelo S.A. de C.V. as a Senior Manager in Planning Production and Distribution and in International Logistics, as well as serving as Supply Chain Manager at Honeywell. Javier holds a Management Diploma from Harvard University and has pursued studies at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology focused on transportation efficiency.
