Currently serving as the Director of Engineering Activation & Implementation at Target, Javier has previously held key roles such as Lead Program Manager and Program Manager in various aspects of fulfillment operations. Prior experience at Schlumberger includes positions ranging from Design for Supply Chain Engineer to Senior Research Engineer, showcasing a strong background in both manufacturing and research. Javier began their career as an Electrical Engineer at LightStat Inc. and holds an MBA from Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business and a BSEE from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
