Javier Grisales

Javier Grisales served as the Store Director at Target, where they are currently leading key initiatives. Previously, Javier held various leadership roles at Target, including Executive Team Leader for General Merchandise and Asset Protection. They volunteered with Valencia Volunteers from 2011 to 2013, dedicating significant time to community fundraising efforts. Javier also pursued a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Marketing from the University of Florida, complemented by two Associate’s Degrees from Valencia Colleges in Business Administration and Music Technology.
