Jenna Gilbert is an operations-focused technical leader passionate about empowering teams through operational strategy, leadership development, and continuous improvement. They co-founded Pandora Cybernetics from 2016 to 2018 and have served as Lead Program Manager for Tech Talent Development at Target since 2021. Previously, they held positions as a Sr. Process Analyst at Kroll Ontrack and Target, and as a System Administrator at Electronic Data Systems for both GMAC-RFC and General Motors.
