Jennifer Romans is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in tax strategy and planning. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Tax Strategy at Target since April 2016, Jennifer has a strong background in managing state tax matters, having previously held the role of Group Manager for State Tax Planning and Controversy at the same company from August 2010 to December 2013. Prior to joining Target, Jennifer worked at PwC in various positions, culminating as Manager from January 2004 to July 2010. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and an MBA, both from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
