Jesse Needham

Jesse Needham is an Operations Manager in Engineering and Facilities at Target, where they supervise a team of mechanics and utility assistants to ensure safety and efficiency in the largest Target Distribution Center. Previously, Jesse served as a Liaison Officer and Squadron Maintenance Officer in the US Army, where they coordinated operations and managed equipment maintenance for a 691-soldier squadron. Jesse also worked as a high school history teacher, designing engaging lessons for students. They hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from Siena College.
